An eclectic, modern classical condominium in Singapore

This is a project by three-d conceptwerke that was recently featured in the August issue of Home & Decor magazine.

It was a love at first sight when I got my hands on the magazine in August.

I’ve always liked the modern classical look – think wall mouldings, window shutters. Using the traditional look as canvas, the designer has layered the space with rustic, industrial, country and contemporary aesthetics to create a traditional yet eclectic home for the owner.

Lee’s Design | A Modern Loft Shared by Two Sisters

Another gorgeous space done up by Lee’s Design 文儀設計, and this one has a more modern and polished look as compared to the 2 projects that I have posted previously.

Making use of the vertical space, 2 bedrooms were created to provide individual space for the sisters. Glass panels were used to demarcate the rooms, and hence allowing plenty of natural light to stream into the loft. White walls and light wood floor keep everything visually light. In the living room, the red sofa added just the right amount of accent and femininity to the loft. Pretty~

Lee’s Design | Designer’s Flea Market Chic Home in Taipei

This cozy little apartment belongs to the designer of Lee’s Design 文儀設計, which I have shared about their project last week on the Muji-style home.

I really like the decor of this space, it has that Japanese zakka feel, with some french flea market chic influence. It looks so cozy and romantic, just a perfect place for the lady.

Muji Style Home 無印良品 (Part 1/2)

Muji (Mujirushi Ryohin) 無印良品, is certainly no stranger to us. It is the “no-brand” brand that strives to deliver simple, functional and quality products to end-users. Its design style is distinguishably minimalistic. When put together, all work so well to create a stress-free space that exudes the understated Japanese aesthetic.

I have been wanted to do a post on interiors decorated with Muji furniture and household items, and finally decided on these 2 spaces to share with you.

The first one is a Muji showroom in Taiwan, result of collaboration with新家華建築團隊.

Muji Style Home 無印良品 (Part 2/2)

The 2nd apartment was a project done by Lee’s Design文儀設計.

It was a 50-year old house, refurbished in the Muji style as requested by the owner. There was no large built-in cabinetry, letting the loose furniture from Muji to take the centre stage of the apartment. The neutral colour palette is soothing, and everything is just so simple and beautiful.
